Cafe Mohrenkopfle in Ludwigsburg

Our favorite coffee for years. Unfortunately now without the Ratskeller but the quality and taste are just perfect in our opinion. And P. S. who is bothered by the name should simply not go there. I keep doing it.

The most delicious cake from Ludwigsburg is offered here !!! Here the boss serves herself. Among other things, the boss takes care of the craft, i.e. the bakery. The staff and the owners are very friendly. The prices are reasonable.

Branch in the Ratskeller: Ordered 2 fruit cakes and both bases were not baked through, but glassy. When we gave the hint, the older lady (boss?) Just got snotty and said that everything was so fine, her cakes were known far beyond Ludwigsburg and people came from all over the place. It's a shame that more value is placed on customers who come from outside the country than on local customers who could become regular customers. I'm from here myself and relying solely on an old good reputation instead of quality, in my eyes will destroy the café in the long run. The cakes used to be actually good, but today ... Usually the lady should have responded with a discount or simply apologized. But to some extent persuade the customer that he has no idea about baking borders on insolence. Another experience that the service is written in small letters was that you are no longer served if you have ordered once. Perhaps they would have liked to have another coffee ... In the end my husband called to be allowed to pay, after all, the waitress kept walking blindly past us.

I, a former eglosheimer, think the shop is great. I grew up cycling with my friends every Sunday, eating a Mohrenkopf bread roll. When I eat one today, I always think of this place. There were a lot of sweets to choose from back then too. We as children are then 6 or so pure. The cashier was distracted and we were able to put a few gummy bears in our pockets das sometimes if the money wasn't long we got something for free. Beautiful time. Lg from Stuttgart.

Always our favorite cafe. A quiet oasis right on this crazy street. Best cake far and wide. We wish you a lot of strength in the current theater around the old name.

Ordered a mandarine-sour cream cake with lettering especially for our twins' 2nd birthday. Noticed at home that there was a wrong cake in the box, which we don't like, without any lettering.

Pies are just delicious. The selection great. One more thing about the name: Leave the name Mohrenköpfle, because where this bothers people have nothing better to do? They should go where there really is racism

Do not be confused. Mohrenköpfle is not meant to be racist. A great facility in Eglosheim for generations. Great, delicious cakes and pies. Don't give racism a chance!

One of the best cafe I've ever had in my. Visited life. Fantastic cakes, great service, tradition wherever you look. Please stay as you are and don't give anything to that from outside.

Please be brave and consider changing your name. Your business will be up-to-date for the next decades. Do not wait until you are legally forced to change the name. As a separate initiative, it would be good advertising. Mention the history of your business, including your current name, on a blackboard. Nice peaceful cafe in the outskirts of Ludwigsburg specializing in cakes and german sweets ++ good prices for coffee and cake ++ nice decoration and atmosphere -- coffee doesnt taste very good though
